Named after the first satellite launched into orbit by the United States in 1958, the Explorer was also the first phaser released by Spaceman. Now, we're proud to present a reissue of this classic circuit in a compact form factor, retaining all the deluxe features of the original. Whether you desire liquid-smooth modulation or chewy, lush tones, the Explorer delivers fluid frequencies that ebb and flow like the tide.

More Than You Expected

Continuing our tradition of adding extra functionality, the Explorer offers additional waveshapes when powered on with the footswitch depressed. These include three arpeggiated waveshapes, a stepped shape, MW shape, and an inverted manually swept mode, delivering some of the most unique and unprecedented phase tones available.
